Munich - In cooperation with ZDF and the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University, Bavaria Fiction offers for the first time a dual study programme. The first students are Pia Mändlen and Raphael Lange.
Munich - Since February 1, Peter Güde (43) has been working exclusively for Bavaria Fiction as an exec producer and author and is setting up a comedy label for the company. In recent years, Güde has worked as a freelance producer and writer for Bavaria Fiction already.
Stuttgart - Since 1 February, Maren Knieling has been in charge of the ZDF access prime series "SOKO Stuttgart". Nicole C. Buck, long-time producer of the Bavaria Fiction series, becomes executive producer. The 13th season is currently in preproduction.
Munich - In addition to the reruns from Monday to Friday, ratings hit "The Rosenheim Cops" will also air on Saturdays on ZDF, starting on February 13 at 4:10 pm. New episodes are broadcast on Tuesdays at 7.25 pm.
Cologne - Bavaria Fiction’s latest Scene of the Crime “Cologne” achieved a new ratings high with more than 11 million viewers watching. Apart from ratings giant Scene of the Crime “Münster”, this is the best rating for a “Scene of the Crime” movie in three years.
Munich - According to the reseachers at AGF Videoforschung, “Dark Woods”, the event series from ConradFilm and Bavaria Fiction, is last year’s biggest public service streaming hit, with media library viewing figures in the millions.
Cologne - Filming of the 5th season of the Bavaria Fiction series "Die Rentnercops" came to an end today. Back on duty are retired cops Reinhard Bielefelder and Klaus Schmitz, played by Bill Mockridge and Hartmut Volle.
