We bring characters to life! At Bavaria Fiction, unlike many other production companies, we cast in-house and identify the optimal cast from the outset. We are in close contact with directors, exec producers and editors and are constantly expanding our network of actors and actresses. Talent scouting is very important to us - we attend graduate auditions, visit theatre performances and extensively screen showreels and current formats from both public broadcasters and streamers.
